Full length bonnet Vent:
Designed for the 1987 onwards Silvia S12. The vent is made from fibreglass and draws the hot air from the engine bay and radiator and helps to cool things down. An 'H' shaped slot has to be cut into the bonnet to fit this vent. I can make this for £120.

Universal Air intake:
Fits any bonnet and can be either cosmetic or functional.
I can make this for £60.

Shaun's:
Made as a one-off, these skirts can not be reproduced by me under agreement. They were made for a fellow Silvia crazy person.

Den's:
These side skirts were also made by me. They started life as Silviagod type kits and were modified to look like this.

Silviagod's Kit:
This kit has both side skirts and door panels and totally transforms the Silvia. It fits pre and post 1987 models. The top edge can be blended in or trimmed with the narrow early type rubber trim. When this kit was first fitted to my car I noticed improved road holding at speed. The kit has recently been fitted to silviagods wife's car even though I had not long fitted Sunny ZX skirts. The spare Silvia will be having the Sunny ZX skirts replaced if I ever get the time! Rivets and a bonding/sealant called 'Sikaflex' was used to attach this kit to the cars. Four 20mm holes were drilled in the underside for drainage and spraying Waxoyl through.
I can make this kit for £250.

Rear Spats:
These are designed to fit pre and post 1987 and replace the rear mud-flap unit. They lower the rear line of the car.
I can make this kit for £60

S12 Rear Skirt:
Only days from completion and is that good silviagod's car may be the first to have one. Although it is shown offered up to a post 1987 bumper it will fit either. However, the early bumper has an unnecessary cut-out for the exhaust that will need filling during the fitting process.  I have designed this skirt to complement the rear spats although it can be fitted using the original mud-flap units. Also included in the design is a centre panel that can be cut out for those who like to have a tow-bar fitted to their Silvias. This rear skirt also has a rear diffuser that is designed to channel the air out from underneath faster and improve stability at speed. It has been a very awkward kit to make. The last two pictures are taken with the kit upside down so the diffuser part is visible. It can be fitted with the original mud-flaps or using the rear spats. I can make this kit for £170.

S13 200 SX Side Skirts:
These took absolutely ages to design and build! I started by re-shaping a pair of Sunny ZX side skirts and then adding to them. I finally arrived at a shape I liked, got a perfect finish and took a mould. A copy was taken from the mould and fitted to my 200SX project. The slot to the rear was designed to have an air intake but looks good without.
I can make this kit for £220.

Standard Rear Spoiler:
Made from fibreglass and doesn't soak up the water like a sponge, or go three times it's size in frosty conditions. You all know what these look like so I haven't got round to taking a picture. Just needs bonding to car and painting. I recommend fitting windscreen washer hose for drainage during installation to prevent a large puddle from forming. I can make this kit for £50. On the picture the spoiler is sat on top of an existing one and is not fitted.

Awesome rear skirt for the S13 200/240SX.
Using the creation from the S12 rear spats I am thinking of making a two-piece skirt with a centre joint that can be blended in. The basic shape formed from card and fibreglass laid over to form the basic shape and the starting point.

A change of plan required the rear skirt sections attaching to the car. I decided to add a top rib to each side piece that will fade out at the back. These added sections will match the top ribs of the side skirts. The picture to the right shows the nearly completed sections ready for making the moulds from.

Now completed and fitted to the car this kit requires reinforcing with a strip of metal and rivets where the joint is in the middle and some awkward blending around the number plate cowl.
I can now make this for £170.

Gauge pods:
A 3 gauge pod unit for above the centre console that will fit the S13 and the S14 is now available. A windscreen pillar mounted gauge pod  to suit any car is also available. I have made moulds from them. These will be inexpensive to buy and to post. The right hand picture shows the 3 gauge pod ready for making a mould from and offered in place on the S13 200SX dashboard supported by silviagod's left hand.

Here is the triple gauge pod sat in place on the dusty dashboard. I have not wired up the gauges yet, and to fit the unit three semi-circular holes had to be cut into the dashboard to accommodate the bottom of each gauge. The unit has been made to house 3 x 52mm gauges and can be made to order. You will need to use the correct sized hole cutter, a spray can of primer and satin black. I can make the triple gauge pod for you for £30.
A picture of the pillar mounted pod attached to the pillar trim can be seen on the right. It will need the hole cutting and painting as above, and copies of this are now available for £10 each.
Now added to the collection is one for the S12. I have made this easier to fit by adding a short section to the front and rear of the pod that matches the trim on the windscreen pillar. It can either be bonded to the trim or drilled and attached with self tapping screws. The fibreglass should be thick enough for the screw to be countersunk. These pods have now become known as godpods.

Roof Console:
I made this to hide the sunroof motor, so if you need one of these I can make them too. The unit holds one gauge and twin map reading spotlights.

Modified 200SX Front Bumper:
Even though this will delay completion of the project by at least 6 weeks I have decided to go ahead and create a modified front bumper. These are the early stages of the design and to cheer me up I gave it a big smile.
I have since added two more intakes under the 'smile' these will be used to channel air to the front brakes. I also plan to add an air intake for the air filter in the wrap-round part above the bumper line but below the headlamp. When completed I will be taking a mould and producing a fibreglass front bumper. This then will be no heavier than the original, and could even be lighter.
The air intake for the air filter has now been fitted and this time a "shake and vac" container has been used, the bumper has been fitted to create the side parts, and it is now removed again for the final finish before the moulding process.
The prototype bumper is no longer needed. It is offered to anyone who wishes to collect it for absolutely nothing! That means it is free! See the For Sale page for more details.

The mould has been made and this is the first copy. "Angel Eyes" fog lights have been fitted along with all the anchorage brackets. The bumper is now fitted to the car along with all the necessary ducting and anchorage for the front of the sump guard.
Due to the complexity of this bumper and the time involved in it's construction, the minimum price this can be reproduced for is £350. As the bumper structure was based on a standard Nissan bumper some slight adjustments were made to the gaps where the wings meet as the Nissan standard gaps appeared a little large.
I was, as always surprised at the length of time this project within a project has taken me! I may not have started had I have known.

Wing Vents:
Designed to enhance the appearance of the wings and also will function as an added vent to draw air away from the wing-mounted intercooler. The vent has been initially designed to fit the 200SX S13 model but will look well on the Silvia S12 and probably the S14 200SX. The moulds for these are now completed. What was seen on the previous pictures has now been removed and a copy from the mould is shown on the third picture. The holes for the vents are cut out and mesh fitted. The vent has been bonded in place using a high modulus silicone adhesive/sealant, and the edge nearest the door needs blending in to finish. There was a slight problem sliding the vent into place as I had to bend one of the fixings for the plastic arch guard out of the way and bend it back afterwards. The vent can be seen on the right hand picture blended and painted with primer. These vents can now be reproduced for £40 a pair. The hole cutting and mesh are not included in the price.
If you think they may fit your car the dimensions are 230mm (9") for the top horizontal, 145mm (5.75") for the lower horizontal, 160mm (6.25") Tall and 50mm (2") deep. You will need to leave a small border around three sides so that the vent can be bonded to the back of the wing. I left approximately 20mm. The last right hand picture shows one of the vents being fitted to a 200SX S14 front wing.

S12 Wing Vents:
Now added to the collection of moulds in the untidy garage are a pair of wing vents to suit the S12 Silvia. The mould was made by modifying a pair of the S13 ones and contouring the vent side to suit he curve of the S12 wheel arch. They are the same depth as the S13 ones and are available at the same price.

Z32 300ZX Induction Panel:
I know it is totally unrelated but I have just added it to the collection of moulds. This can be reproduced as seen for £25. The panel is as seen leaving you to cut out the vents and drill out the fixing holes. The positions of the fixing holes can be seen clearly on the panel.

Front Spoiler:
I now have a couple of these lying around and they are for sale for £100 if they are of interest to anyone. They have to be riveted and bonded to the car. I would recommend that behind the bumper is de-rusted and treated with a rust inhibitor before fitting this part as the bumper cannot be removed easily after this kit has been fitted. Please specify what year your car was manufactured before ordering.

Extra space:
I have thrown up another little site with the intentions of improving it and adding more pictures. My web skills are only limited but I am trying to learn with the limited time I have available. Please have a look and feel free to offer suggestions.
